How to redeem a BatchPay promotion code

From time to time BatchPay may offer discounts to new users off the full price of monthly subscriptions. 

BatchPay may offer promotions, discounts and other incentives across our social media channels as well as in advertisements. When these offers are made, they will be published with a promotion 'code' to be redeemed.

This article outlines how to redeem a promotion code and apply the discount to your new BatchPay subscription.

After signing in to BatchPay, during your trial once your trial has expired you'll be prompted to Subscribe. Click the Subscribe button and follow these steps.



1. Billing screen


BatchPay partners with Stripe for all payment processing and credit card handling. No credit card details are stored by BatchPay. When choosing to subscribe BatchPay's Stripe billing screen will be displayed as below:  



2. Enter payment details and promotion code


The following details are required to successfully setup a BatchPay subscription:


  • Payment method (card or direct debit) - the example we'll work through here is for the card method however the direct debit method is very similar
  • Card number
  • Expiry date
  • Security number (CVV)
  • Cardholder name
  • Country or region


On the left side of the screen, you'll note the Add promotion code link. Click that link to open the coupon code window as below and enter the code (the example below shows BatchPay's 2023 Black Friday promotion code 'BLACKBATCH'.

Click the Apply link next to the coupon code you've just entered





3. Discount applied and Subscribe


Once you click the Apply link per the above step, you'll note your discount has been applied and your subscription price has been updated to reflect the discount as below.

Once you're satisfied with your payment details and discounted subscription pricing, click the Subscribe button to complete your subscription.
